On November 28, 2012, Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) General Council Chairman Josef Zisels met with Participants of the Roots of Tolerance Camp Meet With Georgian Minister of Youth And Sports Affairs Levan Kipiani.

On November 27, 2013, the delegation of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) headed by EAJC General Council Chairman Josef Zisels participated in the Chanukah celebration in Tbilisi, organized by the World Congress of Georgian Jews. They had been invited by EAJC Vice President Gabriel Mirilashvili.

Project Kesher, an international women’s organization that is a part of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress, held an interfaith meeting together with the “Women and Politics” magazine to create a joint “Tablecloth of Peace.”

On November 21, 2013, representatives of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress, headed by EAJC Secretary General Michael Chlenov, participated in a meeting between the Prime Minister of the State of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu and the leaders and activists of Moscow’s Jewish organizations.

On November 19, 2013, hearings titled “On the Creation of a Memorial Sign and a Center for the Study of the Historical Heritage of Prisoners of Zion” were held in the Knesset by the Immigration, Absorption and Diaspora Committee.

EAJC Congratulates Alexander Baron on His 65th Anniversary!

Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) Deputy Secretary General Haim Ben Yakov has participated in a reception dedicated to the 22 anniversary of the restoration of Azerbaijan’s independence. The reception was part of a number of events dedicated to Azerbaijan’s Independence Day. To participate in these events, Chairman of the the National Assembly of Azerbaijan (Milli Mejlis) Commission on International Affairs Samed Seidov arrived in Israel.

On November 12, 2013, the panel “The Radical Right in Contemporary Ukraine: Between the Government and Society” took place in Kyiv at the initiative of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) General Council Chairman Josef Zisels. Among those who took part in this panel discussion were sociologists, political experts, and historians, which talked about Ukrainian national radicalism from different points of view. One thing, however, is doubtless: that in recent years it has been mostly associated with the All-Ukrainian “Svoboda” Union.
