The youth seminar ''The Jewish Community and We,'' organized by the Jewish National Cultural Autonomy (JNCA) of Sverdlovsk Region and the Sverdlovsk Society for Jewish Culture (SSJC) ''Hatikvah'', with the aid of the Foundation for Jewish Campus Life ''Gilel'' of Ekaterinburg, took place December 3-5 in the ''Verhnya Sysert'' recreation camp. The seminar was lef by EAJC General Council Member, JNCA Sverdlovsk Region President Michael Oshtrakh. |

On the 9th of November, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) held its traditional annual reception in one of Moscow's finest halls – the Saphis Celebration House. This time the celebration was timed to the Chanukah holiday, and was held together with the Moscow Jewish Religious Community (MJRC). |
