Even during the time of the Soviet Union, Matzot on Pesach was an essential part of Jewish life. From 2003, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) actively participates in providing Matzot for the communities of different countries in its region. Even in the crisis this program remains a priority for the Congress according to EAJC President Alexander Mashkevich. |

The opening night for the exhibition “20 Years of the Return of Jewish Books in Russian to Russia” took place on the 23rd of March, in the Oval hall of the M. I. Rudomino Pan-Russian State Library of International Literature. The exhibition was jointly prepared by the Library and the Association “Bridges of Culture/Gesharim.” The Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) was represented by the Secretary General, professor Michael Chlenov. |

The First Russian-Israeli Business Forum took place on the 22nd of March at the Congress Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
