| Second Day of “Discovering Israel” EAJC Program |

April 25 was the second work day for the new EAJC program for journalists of non-Jewish media, titled “Discovering Israel.” The participants visited the ceremony dedicated to Yom Hazikaron, or Israeli Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Terrorism Remembrance Day, which took place near the Jerusalem city hall. |

| Cooperation in Fostering Tolerance in Georgia |

On April 25, a memorandum of cooperation was signed in Tbilisi between the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC; in the person of its General Council Chairman Josef Zisels), the Jewish Cultural and Education Foundation (Georgia; in the person of the Director of the Foundation, EAJC General Council member Elena Berkovich), and the Georgian Ministry of Science and Education in the person of Deputy Minister Iryna Kurdadze. |

The KHPG presented the results of its monitoring of hate crime in Ukraine, completed with the support of the German Foundation Remembrance, Responsibility and Future (EVZ). |

| Discovering Israel with the EAJC |

On April 24, a new program of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress titled “Discovering Israel” for journalists of non-Jewish media from EAJC countries began its work in Israel. The program is a part of the EAJC priority direction of activity to strengthen solidarity with Israel. |
