                  Rep. Eliot L. Engel, the senior Democratic member of the House of Representatives Foreign Affairs Committee, was appointed the Chairman of the International Council of Jewish Parliamentarians (ICJP), an initiative of the World Jewish Congress, this week at a two-day meeting of the group’s Steering Committee in New York and Washington.
