On October 27, 2015, the annual meeting of the World Jewish Congress (WJC) Governing Board began in Rome.

The representative delegation of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) participated in the meeting. The delegation consisted of EAJC President Julius Meinl, Board of Trustees member Michael Mirilashvili, Secretary General Michael Chlenov, General Council Chairman Joseph Zissels, EAJC Presidium member Alexander Baron, WJC Vice Presidents, members of the EAJC General Council Guram Batiashvili and Vladimir Kritsman, EAJC CEO Haim Ben Yaakov, Director of EAJC youth programs Sergei Leyvik.
