On June 1-4, 2014, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress General Council Chairman, VAAD Ukraine Chairman Josef Zisels visited Israel, where he held the following meetings:

• with the leadership of the CIS and Eastern Europe Department of the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
• with the participants of the Russian-speaking seminar in Kfar Sava;
• with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Israel Gennadiy Nadoleno;
• with the Chief of the Sokhnut CIS and Eastern Europe Department Roman Polonsky;
• with future Ambassador of Israel to Ukraine Eli Belotserkovskiy;
• with former Ambassador of Israel to Ukraine and the Russian Federation Zvi Magen;
• with the chief scientist of the Ministry of Absorption of Israel Dr. Ze’ev Khanin.
