On October 4, 2013, the participants of the “Roots of Tolerance - Caucasus - 2013” camp met with the Georgian Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs Levan Kipiani.

The minister expressed his belief that the ten days which the children spent at the Anaklia camp with representatives of many ethnicities from different countries were very important to them. Kipiani stressed that the Ministry of Youth and Sport Affairs supports and will continue to support such projects in the future.

Agit Mirzoyev, ACICC Executive Director and one of the organizators of the camp, spoke about the camp’s concept and methods of work at the meeting. The children also shared their impression and danced the Adama, a Jewish dance that they learned in camp.

The participants of the meeting expressed their thanks to the camp’s sponsors: the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress, the Georgian Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs, the Patriarchy Fund of Georgia, the SOCAR Georgia company, the WorldVision Georgia company, and the microfinance organization Leadercredit.
