As last year, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress was one of the main sponsors of the traditional Lviv festival of Klezmer music, LvivKlezFest.

The festival opened on July 27 at the Lviv Philharmonic with a concert by Grammy awards winners The Klezmatics (USA).

The festival, which attracts ever more locals and tourists, was organizaed by the Hesed Arieh Charitable Foundation (Director - Adel Dianova). A program of the festival can be found on its website. The festival will end on September 1 with a gala concert at the Rynok Ploscha (central city square of Lviv).
