Presentation of Jewish Studies Books In Institute of Asian and African Studies
29.02.2012 On February 28, the MSU Institute of Asian and African Studies (ISAA) held a presentation of two new books by the ISAA Jewish Studies department Arkadiy Kovelman. Professor Kovelman's new books titled “The Talmud, Plato, and the Radiance of Glory” and the “Hermeneutics of Jewish Texts” were published by the “Tekst-Knizhniki” publishing house in the “Chase Collection” series.
Euro-Asian Jewish Congress Gneral Council member, Director of the Sefer Center, Dr. Victoria Mochalova participated in this event, which became a noticeable part of the intellectual life of the capital, together with other representatives of the academia and the leaders of the Jewish community of Russia.
