November 24 the session of the General Council of Euro-Asian Jewish Congress will be held at the David Citadel Hotel in Jerusalem. The candidature of a prominent businessman and philanthropist, Vadim Shulman will be presented to members of the General Council for approval as acting EAJC President. After a series of consultations with potential candidates for the EAJC presidency, leaders of the Congress-founding organizations unanimously agreed on the candidacy of Schulman.
In accordance with the EAJC Charter final approval of the President of the Congress should take place at an extraordinary meeting of the EAJC General Assembly, scheduled for the second quarter of 2012.
