On October 17, the round table "Monitoring Manifestations of Racian and Ehtnic Hatred in the Ukrainian Sector of the World Wide Web" and the presentation of the "CYBERHATE in Ukraine: Monitoring Manifestations of Racian and Ehtnic Hatred in the Ukrainian Sector of the World Wide Web. Spreading Hate Speech and Calls to Intolerance (Hate Speech as Weapon of Political Right Rhetoric)" took place in Kyiv as part of the "No Limits!" project of the Social Action Center. This edition summarizes a year-long project undertaken by the Social Action Center with the aid of the International Renaissance Foundation (as par of the "Rule of Law" program).

The round table included a presentation of the results of the monitoring, as well as reports on the most important aspects of the propaganda of xenophobia in Ukraine, as well as different aspects of the activities of the radical right in Ukraine. In particular, among those who made reports were Iryna Fedorovich and Sergei Kolbasyuk of the Social Action Center, Natalia Belytser of the Pylyp Orlyk Democracy Center, Yuliya Strebkova of the Ukrainian Center of Tender Education, as well as EAJC General Council member, and head of the EAJC program on monitoring and analysis of xenophobia manifestations Vyacheslav Likhachev. Vyacheslav Likhachev was one of the authors of the "CYBERHATE in Ukraine" book that was published on the results of the project.

In his report, the EAJC representative, brought forward the results of the Congress monitoring to draw the attention of the experts to the most important spheres of xenophobia manifestations in Ukraine and in post-Soviet territory as a whole.
