                  Babiy Yar Memorial Evening to Take Place in Kyiv

                  On October 2, the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine with the support of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress will hold the memorial evening “Babiy Yar. 70 Years” at the National Palace of Arts “Ukraine.”

                  Among those invited to the memorial evening are leaders of Ukrainian Jewish organizations and communities, as well as leaders of international Jewish organizations, important Ukrainian and European politicians, representatives of the USA Congress.

                  Famous Ukrainian and Russian actors and performers will take part in the concert, including the laureate of international competitions, violin player Leonid Schuhman, People's Artist of Ukraine Pavel Zibrov, Ukrainian singers Mikhail Brunsky and Irina Rozenfeld, the vocal duet Svityaz, the People's Artists of Russia Tamara Gverdziteli and Alexander Rozenbaum, the Turetsky Chorus and others.
