On the 19th of May, the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress General Council Chairman, Executive Vice President of the Congress of National Communities of Ukraine, member of the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union Josef Zisels gave a lecture titled “On the question of identities: problems of national, religious, and civilizational identity” as part of the Polit.ua public lecture project. Much of the lecture was dedicated to examining the specifics of the Western European and the Eastern Asian models of collective self-identification.
