A new Jewish structure, the Jewish Holiday Agency, was presented on the 20th of December in the Central House of Actors on Arbat Street, Moscow. Representatives of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) took part in the meeting.

The purposes of the new organization were explained by its Director General and art director, EAJC Board of Directors member Vladimir Fisherman. In particular, he said, "This Agency is an entirely new organization. This is the first time a structure has been formed especially to market the widest possible range of holiday services for Jewish organizations and individual Jews." Vladimir Fisherman is a member of the Union of Theater Workers of Russia (the Pan-Russian Theater Society), and is a stage director for large scale Russian and international festive programs.

The young organization has already shown itself as deserving or praise in its partnership with the EAJC during the annual EAJC reception, which took place on the 9th of December, 2010, in the Saphis House of Celebrations. The Agency autonomously organized and realized the festive program of the reception. "Our work with famous actors, the unearthing of new talents, the preparation of a unique video sequence and a specially prepared soundtrack – from the scenario to its detailed realization, our vivid work on stage here has shown a mere fraction of the arsenal of the Jewish Holiday Agency," underscored Vladimir Fisherman.

EAJC representatives said they "have convincing work experience in holding community events with the art director of the new structure." Vladimir Fisherman was the stage director for the meeting of the Jewish community of Russia with the President of Israel Shimon Peres, and held corporate holidays connected with the Jewish calendar.
