The leaders of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) heartily congratulates EAJC General Council Member, President of the International Union of Public Associations of Jews - Former Prisoners of Fascism, Ephim Gologorsky, on his important state medal. According to the decree of the President of Russia he has been decorated with the Order of Honour.
The fruitful work that Ephim Grigoriyevich has been doing for many years in building major electric power objects, his scholarly and educational activities, and his social efforts finally received well-deserved acclaim.
It is especially important for us to note that it is mostly thanks to the efforts of Ephim Grigoryevich that the social movement of "Jews - former prisoners of ghettos and concentration camps" became a full participant of world Jewish life. The unified voice of former prisoners is loud and certain, and makes many world Jewish structures listen to it.
The International Union of Public Associations of Jews - Former Prisoners of Fascism headed by Professor Gologorsky is an important part of the EAJC, and he himself is one of the more authoritative members of the General Council of the Congress.
We wish Ephim Grigoriyevich good health, many years of life, and the inexhaustible energy necessary for his varied and socially valuable activity.
