Conference: "Women and Children: Rights, Realities, Perspectives."

The International Conference “Women and Children: Rights, Realities, Perspectives. Prevention of Violence, Action Against Human Trafficking" took place on the 12th of June in Kharkov at the initiative of the International Women's Jewish Organization "Project Kesher," part of the Euro-Asian Jewish Congress. The Conference was held by "Project Kesher" in cooperation with the Kharkiv Regional Organization "Interethnic Women's Community" and the Pan-Ukrainian Interethnic Women's Confederation.
95 delegates took part in the Conference.
The main task of the conference was to negotiate partnerships with governmental structures, ethnic communities, religious and non-governmental organizations, on the subjects of the defense of women's and children's rights, the prevention of violence, and counteraction against human trafficking.
