Meeting with First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan.

On March 11, 2006, Euro-Asian Jewish Congress (EAJC) General Council Chairman, Vaad of Ukraine Chairman Jozef Zissels met First Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Abbas Abbasov in Kyiv.
J. Zissels told A. Abbasov about the Ukrainian Jewry and EAJC role in the process of the US Jackson-Vanik amendment cancellation for Ukraine.
Issues of the Jackson-Vanik amendment abolition for Azerbaijan, as well as other issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting.
