Jewish Organizations of US and Russia Dialogue Report.

Michael Oshtrakh, the EAJC General Council member presented his report on the meeting with delegation of Jewish Federation of South Arizona (Tuscon, USA) at the of EAJC General Council session in Kyiv.
M. Oshtrakh outlined the EAJC and the Federation of Jewish organization and communities - Vaad of Russia - to the revival of the Jewish communal life in Russia and its support by US Jewry.
Having discussed the report, EAJC General Council confirmed the significance of developing direct contacts between Jewish communities of Euro-Asian region and Jewish Federations of North America.
The EAJC General Council leadership stated its fundamental support of such initiatives at local and regional levels, and suggested the Russian Urals experience would be used in other countries, where EAJC is present.
