Extended conference of the Council of Vaad in Russia will open in Yekaterinburg.
06.12.2002 An extended conference of the Council of Vaad in Russia dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Vaad of Russia and the Ural Regional Council of the Jewish organizations and communities will open in Yekaterinburg on Dec.8.
Speeches about the 10 years of activities of Vaad of Russia and the Regional Council will be delivered by: Mikhail Chlenov, EAJC Secretary General and the President of Vaad of Russia; Roman Spector, EAJC Mass Media and PR Department Director; Mikhail Oshtrakh, EAJC General Council member.
The conference will also include reports and debates on the topic of the "Prospects of Federal Jewish National-Cultural Autonomy" (FJNCA).
