Ukrainian Jewish cemetery vandalized
28.04.2010, Anti-Semitism A Jewish cemetery in city of Ternopol in western Ukraine was vandalized.
Anti-Semitic slogans were painted on 26 gravestones in a Jewish cemetery, reported UCSJ: The Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union.
Several thousand Jews are buried in the cemetery, which has not been used since 1940.
No arrests have been made in connection with the incident.
